I can’t say enough positive things about Julie. She did such a great job selling my house a few years ago, that when the situation arose again, I didn’t have to give it a second thought. There are a ton of realtors to choose from out there. I don’t believe any of them could match Julie’s calm, competent professionalism. She is cool hands under fire. She knows the business and how to read and navigate the market better than anyone. She won’t tell you that, she will just show you. She always manages to be the voice of sound reason and takes a seasoned and educated approach based on her years of experience.

Buying or selling a home is probably one of the most charged and stressful experiences you can go through. I would never trust anyone other than Julie to navigate me through that process.

Julie help me purchase my condo in March 2023. She was reliable and quick to respond to my phone calls and emails. The home I wanted was found within one day! Julie has an innate sense of the market and she suggested I offer less than the asking price and the offer was accepted. During escrow, Julie was on top of all problems as they arose. It was comforting to know all I had to do was contact her and the problem disappeared. Her connections with subcontractors is unsurpassed. My purchase closed and the following week, thanks to her connections, all the wood floors were replaced, carpets installed and electrical issues resolved before I moved in. In addition, since the purchase, I was in need of a handyman and painter. Her recommended contacts were responsive, reliable and reasonably priced. Julie helped me sell a house 10 years ago and that transaction was also seamless. I cannot recommend Julie highly enough.
